Fast Turnaround • 38 Years Experience Track Support • Racer Friendly
$299 (includes seats) Base Package

The perfect full power cure for all premature CRF head wear. This combination retains full power with Titanium valves and outwears the heavy stainless valve options.  Includes Beryllium Copper intake seats that are 100% compatible Titanium Valves and Bronze Manganese exhaust Guides. You get the general head service (G4VS) plus .010" oversized Beryllium Intake seats machined into your head.  CRF exhaust guides wear out almost as fast as the valves due to rocker arm action.  We replace these with a self lubricating, high thermal conducting alloy guide.  We highly suggest this package for all forms of racing especially 250’s.

$599 Complete with OEM valves and parts assembled and tested

Includes the above seat installation package plus valve train parts and seat blending / porting. Parts include all new OEM Titanium intake valves, Stainless Kibblewhite or FactionMX Black Nitrided exhaust valves, valve springs, and guide seals, assembled and tested.  We also seat blend which is a form of porting where its most needed, between the seat and head casting up to the guide.  This corrects 75% of the flow problems.  This is our most popular full power plus package and is ready to bolt on.

The copper based Beryllium alloy seat rings are nothing less than a modern marvel. Heat transfer increases 8 to 10 times, the seat surface is less abrasive and produces a padding effect to the valve face. They also stand up to the increased dirt consumption of dirt bikes much better than the stock and Beryllium alloy seats. Stainless valves will last even longer on these seats. As we all know the intake in the valves in the 02-08 CRF’s need constant adjustment and replacing. The seat material is not compatible with Titanium valves. Most riders install stainless valves and heavy springs at the expense of power, RPM and a strain on the valve train. Honda and all new race bike use Titanium for a reason. Its ½ the weight of Stainless and you can use lighter springs which let the valves close easier and rev higher.
